1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access our services.
2. Services
Bridge4AI provides technology consulting and digital automation services. The specific scope, deliverables, and terms of each engagement will be defined in separate project agreements.
3. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, intellectual property rights for work produced during a project will be transferred to the client upon full payment. We retain the right to use anonymized case studies for portfolio purposes.
4. Limitation of Liability
Our liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific services in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
5. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Romania. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Romania.
